# Notaly

> Notaly is a self-service KSeF API and e-invoicing API for Poland — for small SaaS companies and SMEs invoicing in Europe. You send JSON via POST /invoices; Notaly generates the FA(3) XML, validates it against the official XSD, submits it to KSeF and returns the status and UPO.

## What it is
- KSeF: Poland's national e-invoicing system (Ministry of Finance).
- FA(3): current version of the XML schema (XSD) for KSeF invoices.
- UPO: official proof of receipt issued by KSeF when the invoice is accepted.
- Current state: end-to-end flow working in the KSeF TEST environment; production not yet enabled.

## What Notaly is NOT
- Not a Peppol Access Point (resells a certified partner when Peppol arrives).
- Not an accounting service; does not calculate taxes.

## API
- POST /invoices: creates and submits an invoice (API-key auth via Authorization: Bearer).
- GET /invoices/{id}: status (draft → submitted → accepted | rejected), KSeF number and UPO. While KSeF processes the submission internally, the invoice remains submitted.
- Status webhooks signed with HMAC.

## Pricing (launch)
- Sandbox: free.
- Starter: €49/month, up to 200 invoices/month.
- Scale: €199/month, up to 1,000 invoices/month.
- Enterprise: custom.
