Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This Refund Policy explains when and how you may receive a refund for a paid subscription to Notaly, the operator of getnotaly.com.
Contact for refund requests: hello@getnotaly.com
1. Who handles payments
Paid plans are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle collects payments, issues the invoice for your purchase, collects applicable taxes and processes eligible refunds. Notaly does not receive or store your full payment card details.
2. Free Sandbox
The Sandbox plan is free. No payment is required and no refund applies.
3. Paid plans and cancellation
- Paid plans (Starter €49/month, Scale €199/month, and any custom plans) are billed monthly in advance through Paddle.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Paddle account or by contacting us at hello@getnotaly.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents future charges; it does not retroactively refund the current period.
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused days within a billing period, except as described below or where required by law.
4. Refund eligibility
- First charge: if you request a refund within 14 days of the first charge for a paid plan, and you have not substantially consumed the plan’s included invoice volume, you are eligible for a refund of that charge.
- Renewal charges: charges for subsequent billing periods are non-refundable, except where required by law or where Paddle approves a refund on our behalf.
5. Non-refundable items
The following are non-refundable:
- usage beyond the volume included in your plan (overages), where applicable;
- taxes collected and remitted by Paddle as Merchant of Record, except as determined by Paddle;
- charges for billing periods that have already ended; and
- any third-party or pass-through costs incurred on your behalf, where applicable.
6. How to request a refund
- Email hello@getnotaly.com with the subject “Refund request” and include your Paddle order/receipt reference and the reason for the request.
- We will review the request and, if eligible, instruct Paddle to process it.
- Paddle processes approved refunds to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. If you purchase the Service as a consumer (that is, acting outside your trade, business or profession), and mandatory consumer law grants you additional refund or withdrawal rights, those rights prevail over this policy.
